We love to recycle what we can and used an old water tank to create a herb garden for our guests at Booyong.
We found we had possum’s enjoying our herbs too so we used an old piece of pipe and a bicycle tyre to drape netting over the garden bed.
The herb garden was recently replenished with herbs purchased at the Wauchope market and currently includes:
